The Estonian Social Science Data Archives
(ESSDA) is an interdisciplinary center that functions as the national
data bank since 1996. ESSDA forms a constituent part of the Faculty of
Social Sciences of Tartu University .
The chief goal of ESSDA is to contribute to the maintenance and
reutilization of social information that has been gathered in Estonia
as well as the integration of Estonia into the international exchange
of social science data.
